12/3/2004 - Sharp Realty, Brigham-Williams developing Guntersville retail center

A new 140,000-square-foot shopping center in Guntersville is being developed by Birmingham-based Sharp Realty and Management LLC and Brigham-Williams Inc.

A Belk Department Store will anchor the Big Springs Village retail center on U.S. 431 and Red Barn Road. Other tenants will be Cato, Dollar Tree and Dollar General. Estimated completion is fall 2005.

Architect is Phil Black of Krebs and Associates and general contractor is Hoar Construction, both of Birmingham.
