Beatty received a site-grading and utility contract for the new South Shades Crest Station retail development on Highway 150, being developed by Brigham-Williams Commercial Inc. http://www.brighamwilliams.com). The roughly seven-acre site will require 100,000 cubic yards of imported fill material.
